The Throwdown Power Cage stands for safe and versatile training in a completely enclosed construction. This robust power station fulfils the highest standards of stability, flexibility and durability - perfect for ambitious strength training. With a bar rack that can be positioned either at the front or rear, as well as adjustable safety locks and support struts, the Cage offers maximum safety for squats, press exercises and heavy pulls. The open, walk-in design allows the use of training benches, while integrated shelves for weight plates and a pull-up bar with multiple grip options round off the system's functionality

For even more versatility, the Power Cage can be equipped with the optional SVA Combo Kit. This allows easy retrofitting with 4' or 6' Throwdown Bamboo SVA platforms, which provide excellent noise and vibration reduction as well as improved control of the barbell rebound thanks to their shock-absorbing properties. This makes the Power Cage particularly suitable for studios and facilities that prioritise noise reduction, floor protection and a long service life for their equipment.
