The Instinct Strength line of equipment has been designed for users of all ability levels and offers user-friendly adjustment options and, above all, fast and comprehensive training. Equipment from the Instinct line is equally suitable as individual stations or as part of a training circuit, making it an ideal complement to more specialised equipment lines. With or without the support of a trainer, users can complete a full circuit in just 30 minutes. Instinct Strength equipment is available in both single and dual function to optimise the use of available space and meet the needs of any facility. Even in the smallest of spaces, the space-saving Instinct machines can be optimally accommodated, while blending in perfectly with the design of our cardio line and the overall look of the studio.
