An air-filled training cushion - made in Germany - made from high-quality ruton. The Ruton material is odourless and very resilient (up to approx. 200 kg). The products are latex-free. The difference between the Dynair ball cushion Level IV and Level III and Meditation lies in the degree of hardness of the material. Dynair ball cushion Meditation and Dynair ball cushion Level III have the same degree of firmness. The only difference is the colour. The Dynair Level IV ball cushion, on the other hand, has a lower degree of firmness. This leads to greater stability of the training device during the exercises. This makes training even more effective.
What does the application do?
With a diameter of 50 cm, it challenges every exerciser to achieve high levels of performance and improves coordination, balance and strength. Constant balancing movements activate the deep muscles. In the prone and supine position, it also enables cross-coordination training to a high degree. One side with round, soft nubs also creates a massage effect. The other side has the popular, velvety-smooth classic design.

They also offer soft and gentle support for exercises in lying positions.
