What does the application do?
The Bodyroll promotes better blood circulation in your body and muscles. The Bodyroll is used in massage and is also suitable for foot reflexology.
How does it work?
You do not need to know any special massage techniques to use the Bodyroll. The partner giving the massage rolls the Bodyroll over the area of the body to be massaged with his or her hand, applying light to strong pressure as needed. Due to its elastic shape, the Bodyroll hugs the body and thus massages evenly. The packaging includes detailed instructions with massage suggestions and an overview of the foot reflex zones.
