The TOGU Actiroll Wave L fascia roll - made in Germany - is an air-filled yet hard roll that is used as a regeneration tool for self-massage and relaxation.
The Actiroll can be easily and continuously adjusted to different degrees of hardness using the enclosed hand pump. This makes the Actiroll perfect for achieving new progressions in use and for working with different people and requirements.
Compared to foam rollers, there is no material fatigue.
The air filling, while the surface of the product remains hard, creates an absorbing (resilient) effect. This makes it possible to roll over joints and vertebrae without pain or risk of injury. The wave structure makes the massage effect gentler and more even.
How is the Actiroll used?
The massage using your own body weight can primarily release adhesions and tension. The blood circulation of the whole body can thus be stimulated. With the new wave-shaped structure, it offers even more and deeper massage effects.
