The TOGU Actiroll Rumble L fascia roll - made in Germany - is the first air-filled yet hard roll to be used as a regeneration tool for self-massage and relaxation.
The Actiroll can be easily and continuously adjusted to different degrees of hardness using the enclosed hand pump. This makes the Actiroll perfect for achieving new progressions in use and for working with different people and requirements.
Compared to a foam roller, there is no material fatigue.
The air filling, while the surface of the product remains hard, creates an absorbing (resilient) effect. This makes it possible to roll over joints and vertebrae without pain or risk of injury.
The massage effect is localised and deep thanks to the large nubs.
How is the Actiroll used?
When massaging using your own body weight, the Actiroll can primarily release adhesions and tension. The blood circulation of the whole body can thus be stimulated. The large nubs provide an even stronger and deeper massage effect.
