The Cross Trainer 4CT from Star Trac is the perfect solution for hotels, residential complexes or for private use. The cross trainer combines classic running with a kind of stair climbing, but you avoid the impact on the floor that occurs when jogging. This makes the training very easy on the joints. The use of the arm bars also activates the whole body and the workout is much more effective and uses many more muscle groups than pure running. Like the treadmill or the exercise bike, the cross trainer is a classic piece of cardio equipment.
