Product information "ESCAPE Core Momentum Trainer"

The CMT® (Core Momentum Trainer) changes the way people train and engage their core. It's about developing deep muscles that are difficult to reach with conventional training methods. The oiled Power Shot inside the CMT hits the walls of the Power Core, and by controlling this force, the core muscles are energised.

The Core Momentum Trainer is available in three weight classes: 1kg (green), 2kg (blue) and 4kg (red). The 2kg CMT is a good starting point for most people to familiarise themselves with the CMT and its movements. They can then move down to the 1kg CMT to develop speed and quick movements and up to the 4kg CMT to improve strength.
