Technical sales representative 60-100%
Ratio AG is synonymous with innovative approaches in therapy and training. As the exclusive representative of globally recognised brands, we design individual concepts for therapy and training centres and implement them with the appropriate infrastructure. Our dynamic team, consisting of around 15 dedicated employees at our headquarters in Kriens, drives us forward.
You will share responsibility for all technical service and warehouse management processes. You are the first point of contact for our customers with technical questions. You will clarify issues with our suppliers and request solutions and deliveries promptly. You will carry out documentation and analyses via our CRM. You will also be involved in the maintenance of our electro-medical devices.
For this versatile role, we are looking for a proactive and reliable person who works in a structured manner and is able to work under pressure. We are looking for someone with a strong service mentality and excellent communication skills. You are characterised by solution-oriented and efficient work.
Your tasks
- Process service orders (entry into the ERP system)
- Warehouse and tool management
- Clarification with suppliers in the event of technical incidents
- Scheduling and planning, resource planning
- Order and invoice control
- Spare parts purchasing management
- Support with service calls if required
- Holiday cover for Head of Technology
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or technical salesperson
- at least 3 years of professional experience
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM system (Proffix experience an advantage)
- Solution-orientated, networked thinking
- Knowledge of English, knowledge of French an advantage
